At "Le Domaine", run by young chef Cyril Le Rest, every ingredient, every flavour tells its own story. The restaurant is open every day, and serves both hotel guests and other diners. It welcomes you to its two magnificent dining rooms, each with a different atmosphere. Our chef, originally from the Finisterre region of Brittany, serves a cuisine which he describes as "contemporary, light and delicate". Choose from our set menus or a la carte from a range of dishes which change with the seasons, using fresh produce. Sample the chef's special - stone grilled cod, smoked with maritime pine needles - or give into the temptation of clay-crusted pork or choose your crab or lobster from our tank.
Overlooking the ocean, Le Domaine, invites you to sample refined cuisine by the sea. With its sober, contemporary interiors, the first room features large bay windows - experience a culinary adventure admiring the endless spectacle of the ocean. Or choose the plush atmosphere of the second dining rooms with its dappled light filtering through mashrabiya-style panels.
In good weather, our attentive team will ask you if you would like to set up on the terrace where your meal will be accompanied by the sound and smells of the ocean.
